    I am a returned Peace Corps volunteer from Kenya. Since my return to the USA in October 2007, I have been continuing my work with a self-help group in the Kibera slum outside of Nairobi. The group calls themselves "Kibera Bone Jewelry". They make jewelry to sell. Proceeds go to start a school and provide employment. Please note this website to see pictures of the jewelry and read more about the background.
